Location. 40° 10.933′ N, 74° 1.617′ W. Marker is in Belmar, New Jersey, in Monmouth County. Memorial is on 8th Ave (State Rt 71) near River Road (State Rt 35). It is not possible to turn directly onto 8th Ave (71) from Route 35. The park may be accessed by turing onto 10th Ave and heading one block north on W.
