Honoring the memory
of
Calvin Logue

Land on which the city of
Gibson
is built was given by this
generous and beloved citizen.
He fought in War Between the States and was
killed at Deep Bottom, VA on August 16, 1864 and buried in the Confederate cemetery at Richmond, VA.
