This monument is dedicated to veterans of the Persian Gulf, Afghanistan, & Iraq.
Inscription.
We honor the men and women of
the United States Armed Forces for
their efforts to let freedom reign in
the Persian Gulf War, Afghanistan,
and Iraq. "You can only protect
your liberties in this world by
protecting the other man's freedom.
You can only be free if I am free."

More about this memorial. Although the marker lists a date of 2008, the dedication took place in 2010. The quote on the monument is attributed to one "Clarena Darrow." The quote should actually have been attributed to the famous attorney, Clarence Darrow.
