1. Blue Ridge Park Marker

Inscription. In celebration of the Centennial of Blue Ridge, Georgia, the Blue Ridge Garden Club and the City of Blue Ridge dedicate this park in memory of Colonel Mike McKinney, early Fannin County settler and founder of the city of Blue Ridge. He was instrumental in securing the right-of-way and bringing the L and N Railroad through this area.

Erected 1987 by Blue Ridge Garden Club and the City of Blue Ridge.
