1. Mosburg Building Marker
Note the misspelling of "Teagarden", as well as the date the Victorian House was built. All references spell it as "Teegarden", and the building of the house was in 1853.
Inscription. by Perry and Edith Mosberg for their Business, Mosberg Sporting Goods. They had 2 daughters, Barbara and Joyce who lived next door in the Victorian House built in 1880 by Dr. Eli Teagarden. Upon purchasing the Building Jerry & Cynthia Paine found the original sporting goods sign behind the home. The sign was restored along with the building for Jerry’s Stereo in 2008.

2. Mosburg Building and Marker
The marker is mounted on the front of the building to the left of the entrance door. The restored neon sign is visible. What now says "Jerry's Stereo" originally said "Mosburg Sporting Goods", and the neon "Open" sign within the fish originally said "Bait".
