Location. Marker has been reported permanently removed. It was located near 39° 46.039′ N, 94° 51.231′ W. Marker was in St. Joseph, Missouri, in Buchanan County. Marker could be reached from the intersection of Francis Street and 5th Street, on the right when traveling east. The Pioneer Building burned down on November 21, 2016. The doorway was salvaged and is located at River Bluff Brewing at 1224 Frederick Ave, St. Joseph, MO. Touch for map.
