Wie seine beiden nachbarhauser <> und <> diente es teilweise gutsituierten handwerkern als wohnund arbeitsstatte. Vom 17. bis ins 20. jahrhundert waren zeitweise in allen drei häusern gleichzeitig bäckereien eingerichtet.
