1. The Magnolia Hotel Marker

Inscription. Built by John Hohn in 1847. Its operation for a century attests to the Gulf Coast as a resort area. In 1972 structure moved to present location 100 yds. north of original site & restored by City of Biloxi.

Erected 1975 by Mississippi Department of Archives and History.
