Inscription. This historic building was erected in 1887 by L.T. Kinsey and sold to the Society of Humboldt County Pioneers in 1890. On June 15, 1897 it was purchased by Humboldt Parlor No. 14 N.S.G.W.
 
Erected 1983 by Grand Parlor, Native Sons of the Golden West.
