1. Tuscarora (Clinton) Sand Marker
Inscription. The massive vertical sandstone forming Judy Rocks is the Tuscarora of the driller and geologist. The "Tuscarora (Clinton) Sand" yields some gas although it is largely untested in West Virginia.
 
Erected 1963 by W. Va. Centennial Committee of the Oil and Natural Gas Industry, West Virginia Historic Commission.
