1. Kentucky-Alabama Road Marker
Inscription. First opened in 1806, it ran from Monticello, Ky., to Huntsville, Ala., then in Indian territory. Entering Tennessee near Celina, it passed through Cookeville to Viola and Winchester. It follows the road south through Shellsford in this section.
