Location. 40° 10.992′ N, 83° 57.628′ W. Marker is near St. Paris, Ohio, in Champaign County. Marker is on State Park lane, off Kiser Lake Road (County Route 19), on the left when traveling west. Touch for map. marker is way back in the old “Group Camping Area”, near the stone shelter house, west off Co Rd 19 Kiser Lake Road, north of St. Paris. Marker is in this post office area: Saint Paris OH 43072, United States of America.
