Inscription.
In honor of
All Eldon Area Veterans

This memorial honors all veterans,
men and women who,
although separated by generations,
valiantly protect our country's freedoms.
The memories of these veterans will
continue to live on whenever and
wherever democracy exists.

The American veteran -- forever a symbol
of heroism, sacrifice, loyalty and freedom.

Greater love has no one than this,
that he lay down his life for his friends.
John 15:13
