1. Well Number 19 Marker

Inscription. This standard cable tool rig and pumping unit came from the Ranger McCleskey Sand Unit, Well Number 19, located approximately 3 miles west of Ranger, Texas. This well was drilled by John Markham in September 1919. It was completed at a depth of 3459 feet. Initial production was 250 barrels of oil per day. The well was shut in for lack of production on March 13, 1920.

Erected 1982.
