Inscription. Thanks to Federal Emergency Management Agency, Ohio Emergency Management Agency, Ohio State Historical Office, and the Guernsey County Engineer for restoration of this “S” Bridge damaged by 2005 floods. This bridge possesses exceptional value in illustrating and commemorating the history of the pioneers of Guernsey County.
