1. Central Arcade Marker

Inscription. Built in 1923 by Bastian Construction for professional offices, the building was occupied by Dentist Arthur Kellner, Hollywood's mayor in the 1930s, and Karlberg Studios Photographer. In the late 1990s to early 2000, the Hollywood Boulevard Theater occupied #1938 with an 80-seat live theater.
