Marker is at the intersection of Glass Street (Tennessee Route 17) and Campbell Street, on the right when traveling east on Glass Street. This historical monument is located in the Pennsylvania Reservation and is part of the Chickamauga-Chattanooga National Battlefield Park. It is located west of the Sherman Reservation, near the western entrance to the railroad tunnel that was the focus of much of the early fighting on November 23rd. According to the description provided by National Park Service, the monument is, “7'6" x 4'4" x 4'6" high rock-faced granite monument consisting of rectangular slab with an inscribed polished front on a rectangular base. The tops of both pieces are beveled. Marks unit's position in Battle of Missionary Ridge."
