Additional Description: In a later life Bogart's Tavern was known as the General Greene Inn. Mounted on the outside wall of Bogart's Tavern, this marker describes that in 1776, General Nathanael Greene ordered flat boats to be brought down the Delaware River for use by General Washington in crossing the river.
