Caption: Early Day School Hack, Predecessor to the Modern School Bus.
Additional Description: School Hacks were specifically built to transport children to and from school as school buses are today. They were usually owned by individuals that contracted the service for the school year -or- donated their use for the school year. Heating stoves were used to help keep warm in the cold Winter months.
