Additional Description: The site of the Civil War-era Piedmont Railroad yard. The likely location of where the Confederate Cabinet met in a box car. In use today by Amtrak and Norfolk Southern rail lines while serving the nearby Greensboro Southern Railway Depot (Galyon Transportation Center).
