216 Chestnut Street | Additional Description: This house was built in 1702 by Abran VanGieson, a Tory. His property was confiscated after the Revolutionary War and purchased by American Captain John Speer. Speer later sold it to John Vreeland and the house remained in the Vreeland family until the 1900's.
