Caption: Confederate Cemetery
Additional Description: Fifty four Confederate soldiers from North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia who died at Kittrell Springs General Hospital Number 1 were laid to rest here. All but four of these soldiers are identified. The graves of the four unknowns are seen in this photo.
