Additional Description: (Courtesy: History of Fountain County, 1983 Ed.) The photo is of the Interurban's "First" run in 1909. Nearly all of Kingman truned out for the Inaugural run. The interurban was only four miles long and cost five cents for a ride. Beginning service in 1909 the Kingaman Interurban only lasted until 1911 due to economics.
