Caption: Typical Victorian Era House in the Historic District
Additional Description: Built in 1884, this house on North Broadway was one of those renovated after the historic district was created. This particular house was occupied by then Lt. Governor Frank O'Bannon and his wife Judy from 1989 to 1997. O'Bannon was elected Indiana's 47th governor in 1996 and served until his death in September 2003.

A home next to this one was occupied by Eli Lilly, founder of the pharmaceutical giant, Eli Lilly and Company. However the Lilly house no longer stands.
