Ware Shoals Veterans Memorial Marker
Photographer: David E Finley
Taken: April 30, 2010
Caption: Ware Shoals Veterans Memorial Marker
Additional Description: A five-sided black granite monument lies in the center of the plaza with a bronze seal of each branch of the armed forces. Each side of the base represents the characteristics that make up the strong foundation of each of our veterans. This side shows the United States Army seal and the word Honor engraved at the base. Also, seen in the background is the seating area that provides a special place to remember those who have not returned from war. This is in memory and honor of all of the MIA's (Missing In Action).
