the wife of
Thomas Thomson
She was born
the 20th November A.D. 1822
died the 19th April A.D. 1852.
This monument is erected to
recall to remembrance one who
was much endeared to those
with whom she lived in domestic
and social intercourse.
It was the will of God to take her
her away in the prime of life and
whilst faithfully performing the
duties of a wife and mother.
Though encircled with the warm
reflections of life she resigned
herself to the summons of death
and was enabled to exclaim
my Lord and my God.
