The Second Sixth Street Bridge (1859-1892) | Additional Description: The Bridge was designed by John. A Roebling, his third and last bridge in Pittsburgh. The advent of electric streetcars and increasing traffic led to the building of the third Sixth Street Bridge (1892-1927).
