Additional Description: To Perpetuate Memories of the days of the steamLocomotive this engine was presented to the city of Paducah in 1863 by the Illinois Central Railroad Co. for future maintenance the peple of west Kentucky contributed to a trust fund sponsored by the Western Kentucky AFL-CIO area council.
