Hudson's Bay Company Seal | Additional Description: The marker indicates that in the nearby pavement are to be found plaques of the seals of the City of Victoria and the Crown Colony of the Island of Vancouver. Yet this one, also seen in the preceding picture, is the seal of the Hudson's Bay Company. The other seal-like objects in the preceding picture are actually manhole/utility covers of different sorts.
