Additional Description: This photo is of the original plaque, dedicated in 1955 by Platrix Chapter No. 2. This bronze plaque was lost in time. The second plaque, which was a re-dedication in 1970 of the original (by both Platrix Chapter No. 2 and Billy Holcomb Chapter No. 1069) also went missing.
