Additional Description: In the Protestant Section of this cemetery were interred Benjamin Henry Boneval Latrobe Born –Fulneck, England, May 1, 1764 Died – New Orleans, September 3, 1820 Founder of the architectural profession in America Architect of the United States Capitol, The Baltimore Cathedal. The Louisiana State Bank, and other notable buildings. Henry Sellon Boneval Latrobe Son of Benjamin Henry Boneval Latrobe and Lydia Sellon, his first wife. Born – July 19 1792, London, England Died – September 3, 1792, New Orleans Architect of the Orleans Ballroom and other New Orleans buildings. Father and son were victims of yellow fever. Erected 1984 by the Latrobe descendants Ferdinand Claiborne Latrobe III, John Henry Boneval Latrobe, Virginia Latrobe Ruebensaal, Ellen Latrobe Wilson.
