Victoria Jenkins established a charitable foundation with proceeds to be divided amoung Savannah Christian Preparatory School, Savannah Country Day School, St. Andrew's School,Herschel V. Jenkins High School, Victor B. Jenkins Jr. Memorial Boys Club, Union Mission, and Independent Presbyterian Church. This Southern lady was a lifelong resident of Savannah and a benefactress of unselfish, and kindly assistance to everyone.
