Caption: Milton Leander Hudson
Additional Description: donated the land on which the town stands as well as providing land for the Methodist church and parsonage, and Plains High School. Hudson was the town's first postmaster, first railroad agent, and built the first house. He fathered the first child born here, Mary Hudson Campbell. He died in 1912 and is buried in Lebanon Cemetery.
