Gen. Henry Knox Trail Marker as it appeared | Additional Description: The missing marker looked like this one. It was one of 30 identical markers in New York State, and others in Massachusetts, that follows the route that Gen. Henry Knox used to transport 59 cannons from Fort Ticonderoga and Crown Point, New York to Cambridge, Massachusetts in the winter of 1775-1776.
