Additional Description: This is the muzzle stamp which identifies this weapon as registry no. 158 manufactured at the Revere Copper Company in 1862. Other information is available from the muzzle as well such as the weight of the firing tube and the inspector who have this the once over before it was taken possession of by the Federal government.
