Anchor Beam - Shoultes Dutch Barn | Additional Description: This is a detail of the very distinctive Dutch Barn framework. The
bents, or braced H-frames, consist of the verticle
anchor posts, which support the horizontal
anchor beam. The post and beam are held together by a mortise and tenon joint, with the tenon extending out beyond the post.
