Image on From 'Cattle Capital' to modern city Marker | Additional Description: [Caption reads] In 1907 Dodge City used a grant from the Carnegie Foundation to help build a beautiful new library at the corner of Second and Spruce streets. In 2003 this building housed the Carnegie Center for the Arts.
