Present Rutgers Bridge | Additional Description: On July 4, 1913, the Rutgers Bridge was formally renamed for Lance Corporal Osbrany Montes de Oca, a resident of North Arlington who was killed on February 10, 2012 while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan.
