Pioneers of Paleontology Marker | Additional Description: Phystosaurs were predatory reptiles that were 20 to 3 feet (9 m) in length and lived in and along the waterways in the Late Triassic period. Phytosaurs are one of the most common vertebrate fossils found in the park.
