Caption: 1932 Indian Ladder Marker
Additional Description: This is all that remains of the 1932 New York State marker, which was presumed lost to vandals many years ago. This post is near the Craig's Court end of the Indian Ladder Trail, above the steel stairway leading down to the trail. The new 2014 Friends of Thacher Park marker was placed closer to the actual location of the historic Indian Ladder, above the other end of the Indian Ladder Trail, near Thacher Point.
