Louis Hébert, apothicaire de Paris, explora l’Acadie, en 1604, avec MM de Monts, et de Poutrincourt et y séjourna de 1606 à 1613. ll s’établit à Québec en 1617, avec sa famille, et mourut le 26 janvier 1627.
