The Evon Clarke Building
In recognition of the sterling contribution of
Commander Evon 'Scotty' Clarke,
One of Port Royal's finest sons and a driving force behind the restoration of this historic building. He has served his country with commendable distinction as KSAC Councillor, Director of Port Royal Brotherhood and contingent Commander of the JDF U.N. troops in Haiti. A recipient of the United Nations Medal, the United States Army Achievement Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal of Jamaica.
This plaque was unveiled by Rear Admiral Hardly Lewin CD, JP on 27th MAY 2008
