Caption: The Pee Dee Artillery Position
Additional Description: Two empty carriages and a platform for a third artillery piece represent the battery's position along West Confederate Avenue. The guns have been removed for maintenance and restoration. The tree standing behind the tablet is a "witness tree" and dates to the time of the battle.
