Grave of José Alfredo Jiménez | Additional Description: In the nearby municipal cemetery of Dolores Hidalgo is the grave of José Alfredo Jiménez. The large grave includes a 15-foot tall "charro"-type hat and a rainbow-colored sculpture that includes the titles of many of the artist's most famous songs. The simple inscription on his grave reads: "La vida no vale nada, José Alfredo Jiménez, 1926-1973" (English translation: "Life is not worth living (The title of one of his most famous songs), José Alfredo Jiménez, 1926-1973")
