Additional Description: One of two position tablets for Rice's Battery. This tablet stands behind a stone wall, running north to south along Seminary Ridge, parallel to West Confederate Avenue. The wall is about 15 yards from the road. Notice the platform for an artillery display next to the marker. The guns were removed for maintenance, and possibly placed at more heavily visited locations.
