Caption: A view across the Calderón Bridge
Additional Description: The Insurgent Army, made up mostly of 100,000 untrained farmers and workers, came from Guadalajara towards the bridge. The Spanish Royalists of 6,000 would have looked out across the bridge at the attacking Insurgents in a view similar to that seen here.
