Additional Description: Pvt. Adam Weaver, 104th Ohio Infantry, fought with his regiment at the epicenter of the Battle of Franklin – the Carter Cotton Gin on the Columbia Pike. Surviving the ordeal, Weaver later called Franklin “a name that will haunt me for the rest of my days and nights.”
