Additional Description: This marker and the bust of Roger Brooke Taney by Joseph Urner was removed from the Frederick County Courthouse on Saturday March 18, 2017 and moved to Mt. Olivet Cemetery where they will be refurbished and placed somewhere in the cemetery.
