Caption: An additional marker dedicated to Father Rafael Amador Tapia Zúñiga
Additional Description: This 2012 marker is to the left of the main entryway to the Capilla Real and describes the efforts to restore the Capilla after a June 15, 1999 earthquake. It reads:

D. Rafael Amador Tapia Zúñiga
Vicario General
Por su labor evangelizadora en nuestra comunidad
Parroquial, custodiando nuestro patrimonio
religioso y artístico.
Después del sismo del 15 de Junio de 1999, se dió
a la tarea de reconstruir y embellecer en todo
su esplendor esta Capilla Real.
