Additional Description: The sign on the metal pole reads “Historic Hapa Road, est. 1891. ...this way to Poipu. A Koloa Community Association and County of Kauai project, dedicated to Dot Tao. A 1998 project.” The north end of Hapa Road is located in Koloa where it intersects Weliweli Road (N 21.9017, W 159.4596).
